Dear Candidate,
Position -
Deputy Manager (DGM) / Head of Project (GIS Dept.)
Educational Qualification: PhD or Master or Bachelor Degree from a recognized University
Major or Specialization: GIS, Surveying, Planning, Geography, or related spatial information fields
Experience:
- Building and managing a GIS office consisting of technical, proposals, bidding, mktg, quality, etc.
For PhD Holders Mini 5 years of experience - dealing with spatial information projects and managements;
- For Master degree Holders Mini 7 years of experience - dealing with spatial information projects and managements;
- For Bachelor degree Holders Mini 10 years of experience - dealing with spatial information projects and managements;
- Experience in GIS and spatial information management
- Fluent in Arabic and English languages - reading, writing, speaking
- Long experience in Spatial information and GIS project management
Tasks :
- Conducting the general manager duties if not available
- Conducting daily interaction with the division activities
- Monitoring and managing the division productivities
- Dealing with risks and awareness and reporting them to the GM
- Following the daily reports on the general activities of the division including projects and human resources progress and productivities
- Monitoring opportunities and related intelligence to be part of it.
- Preparing all primary plans of budgets, work plans, division plans, human resources plans, project plans. etc.
- Preparing long and short-term development plans for the division
- Representing the division in different events
Salary:
Salaries will depend on experience, projects, exposure of the candidate into the industry.
