Hand Made Hand Map of Michigan
Everyone from Michigan knows that your hands are built in maps so you can show people where you’re from. As a former Michigander, I took that idea and traced my left hand, palm down for the Lower Peninsula and my left hand, palm up for the Upper Peninsula. I then shaded in general land use categories; Green = Forest, Yellow = Agriculture and Red = Urban. I added the major arterial roads and called it good. The result is my “Hand Made Hand Map of Michigan”.
