Two (2) GIS specialists
The proposed GIS specialists must have:
- Engineer certificate,
- Minimum 10 years experience in GIS works,
- Good skill and knowledge on ESRI GIS products (ArcGIS 10),
- Good skill and knowledge on SQL language and ETL (Extract, Transform and Load)
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Driving license
