This software allows view and explore textured mesh models (also in different stereomodes).

Formats supported: *.obj, *ply, *.fbx, *.s3c, *.3mx, *.a3d, *.osgb.

I tested it and it worked. Strange issue - sometimes it needs opened Internet Explorer to work
