At this point, ArcGIS products are not certified with Windows 10.* Until they are, we recommend that users do not upgrade to this OS.
Additionally, the “Can You Run It?”*tool from the Systems Requirements Lab*has not been updated to check for this dependency. That is, the tool will not indicate any compatibility*issues between ArcGIS products and Windows 10.
