Zonal statistics as table failed

I would like to perform "Zonal statistics as table" for my raster data (temperature). However, the system failed while running the process.

My zonal layer is also a raster with 79 zones (by 79 elevation classes).These two layer has the same spatial references and same cell sizes.

Could anyone give me some hint? Thanks a lot.
