I have a problem at a few days. I has been installed the 2.8, 2.12, 2.12.1. Homebrew version and macport version of qgis.

essentially my problem is the next: When I tried to run a python script on scriptRunner Plugin (and ipython console in qgis too) I got the next error.

RuntimeError: wrapped C/C++ object of type QgsGeometry has been deleted


I think this may be a error from qt, but i'm not sure about that
