Which is best Opensource Webgis SDK in terms of UI flexibility & Safety concerns? [on

I am beginner developing web mapping applications using opensource gis.

I am aware that there exists


  1. OpengeoSuite
  2. Geoext(Openlayers+extjs)
  3. Mapfish
  4. Mapserver PHP, etc.
My question is which is best opensource webgis SDK with the following concerns.


  1. Flexibility of integrating the mapping application in my own CSS template
  2. Javascript are prone to expose to user while viewing source, Any ways to protect it?
  3. Which SDK gives good support for custom query, postgis spatial query (like intersection, overlapping,etc)
Please help me to suggest a good overall SDK for my needs,Also you can suggest combination of different SDK to serve my requirements.
