Which elevation data source has the highest precision for Russian Far East?

If I want to get data on the elevation around the city of Artyrom (region around 132.159633, 43.350116), which elevation data source has the data with the highest precision for that region?

I found

  1. SRTM (Shuttle Radar Topography) mission, which allegedly has a resolution of 30 meters (but I couldn't find the data set for Artyom at their web site , only for Africa).
  2. Routine ASTER Global Digital Elevation Model seems to be even better (10-25 meters precision).
Are there any better alternatives?
