i was wanted to check on something pretty basic , but were important. If i have a shapefile in arc gis and i go to export it. The export data comes up with mandatory choice of using the layers data source or the dataFrame.
i was interested if someone can explain to me what both of these are most simple forms. I will write down what i thought they were and please do correct me.
If i have a shapefile and that is in WGS 1984 and i export it with the same this layers data source it will retain the WGS 1984 Cordinates
If were to pick to use the data frame inside
(Which in European 1950) it will give it the data fram cordinates. But the actually conversion has not been done
