In the past I have made several WebGIS applications using the usual GIS tools; that is a combination of PostGIS, Geoserver and OpenLayers. For the GUI part till now I used a lot the ExtJS/GeoExt.
I am quite happy with the ExtJS framework but as I start a new project, I am curious what's happening out there in the GIS World. What are the trends in GUI choices? Do GIS Developers use ExtJS as much as in the past or they have turned to other frameworks?
For example I have seen several WebGIS sites build with jqueryUI and some others using BootstrapCSS.
Although the answers can be quite subjective, I am sure that there are several people out there that they have better knowledge than me in "gis trends" etc. And I guess a trend is not something subjective but a fact!
