Unable to import database through osm2pgrouting [migrated]

I am very frustrated by the following errors while trying to import NewDelhi by osm2pgrouting tool:

osm2pgrouting -file "/home/user/Downloads/new-delhi_india.osm" -conf "/usr/share/osm2pgrouting/mapconfig.xml" -dbname NewDelhi-Database -user user -host localhost -cleanhost=localhost user=user dbname=NewDelhi-Database port=5432connection failed

Here is my /etc/postgresql/9.3/main/pg_hba.conf file:

Database administrative login by Unix domain socket

***local all postgres trust

TYPE DATABASE USER ADDRESS METHOD

"local" is for Unix domain socket connections only

local all all trust

IPv4 local connections:

host all all 127.0.0.1/32 trust

IPv6 local connections:

host all all ::1/128 trust***
