Transparent layers are not displaying correctly in ArcMap 10.2 or in exported maps, but they do print OK. They look like this:
The weird thing is - the transparent layers displayed fine a few weeks ago, and all of a sudden I opened the document yesterday and they don't. I exported .jpg maps several weeks ago (and they looked fine), but now they also do not display correctly, but do print OK.
