A colleague of mine is trying to figure out why she is unable to turn some layers off in an image service hosted on our server.
ArcMap gives an error along the lines of "cannot turn off layer" which isn't very helpful. Any examples I find on line are simple image services that only have one layer which doesn't help much either.
Anyone run into this issue before? Is there an obvious answer that I am missing? Should image services only contain one layer?
