I have UK county boundaries (boundary=ceremonial) and want to give them labels that periodically run along the boundaries on the inside of the county. Just like polygon shapes do - eg, you can give a national park a inner boundary label. Unfortunately, because the boundaries (as far as I understand) are a collection of ways, rather than actual polygons, is what happens. Anyone have any ideas how to get the county labels to appear on their own side of the boundary line?
