Tilemill line offset problem

I use Tilemill to style osm bicycle and hiking routes. All above are supposed to be offset and this works fine. The problem is that sometimes there are empty spaces between the lines. The bigger offset the longer spaces...I didn't have this problem in maperitive, the line is continous even when setting large offset. Is there any way to avoid it?
