Technologies I will need to Learn to Make road map [duplicate]

I want to make a map like the attached. My Map will show roads and buildings only. I'm interested much in distance than actual position.

What minima technologies I need to learn to achieve that? I have very limited time and would like to use it wisely.

I know already PHP, Java, Python, C/C++ and Databases like PGS, MySQL and MSSQL. I'm learning also PostGIS but am not very far.
