Support Services at the Esri Developer Summit: March 9 – 12, 2015

The Esri Support Services team will be at the 2015 Esri Developer Summit, and we will be offering appointments for your technical questions. Specialists in all areas of*Esri software will be available to assist with your questions. Users attending the conference can set up a time slot for a specific technology area that they would like to discuss. Appointments are not required, so feel free to stop by in between sessions or during lunch.

Esri Support Website Usability Testing

Are you interested in helping improve Esri Support?*The Online Support Resources team is currently redesigning our website at support.esri.com, and will be conducting usability testing on some new designs. We invite you to come by the Online Support Resources area in the*GIS Technical Support Island*to participate in usability testing. We look forward to*hearing your opinion and feedback on these proposed changes.



Technical Support Island Appointments

Visit the Support Appointments website to set up an appointment to speak with a specialist or register to attend one of our sessions.



The Support Appointments website is designed to make scheduling your time at the GIS Technical Support Island easy. Click the “Make an Appointment” button on the main page to schedule an appointment.

After scheduling the appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with a calendar invite that you can save to your Microsoft Outlook client or sync with your phone. A map showing the location of the GIS Technical Support Island can be accessed on the appointment confirmation page.

  • Wednesday,*March 11: 10:00AM – 5:00PM
  • Thursday,*March 12: 10:00AM – 4:00PM
