Role Requirements:

The supply chain specialist will ideally be supporting the areas of developing and implementing current and future activities and projects. Work towards the Business strategies and acts in accordance with the Company's guiding principles.


Below role requirements:



Help develop strategic and operational plans, manage execution and measure results.


Use the Central Logistics Planning reports developed to review brand forecast accuracy and compliance to agreed procedures, suggesting new reporting requirements where they will add value to the business.


Support the Central Logistics Planning Manager to manage key seasonal events and activities


Maintain and update all Central Logistics planning information.


Create standard formats for data and reports for all areas, ensuring that the data captured is simple to provide/use and the reports issued deliver the information required in the most simple and efficient manner.





When required run the reports developed by the Central Logistics planning team and communicate them to the business in the agreed format.


Support the Logistics division with requests for information as required and Provide teams with coaching and development opportunities.



Requirements:




2 years in a retail or office environment.


Experience of using spreadsheets and highly PC literate, especially Excel.
