Stream to Feature, creating continuous streams

I have derived a stream network form a DEM through flowdirection and flowaccumulation in Arc 10.2 Hydrology toolbox. Have grids of stream order and stream link. Need to convert stream order grid, retaining grid_code, to a feature dataset. Converting grid through Hydrology/Stream to Feature gives me a network of stream segments with correct stream order records in ATT. Is there a way to convert my stream_order grid to polylines that are continuous and do not break at every intersection of a higher order stream with a lower order stream?
