I create 2 relations (project-project properties-relations) in my QGIS 2.10-project.
Then I open my layer (shapefile) test_p and set the attribute veg1 and veg2 to "Reference relation", set Display expression = beskrivelse, check Order by value, check and set Filters and check Chain filters. (My screen dumps are in Norwegian.)
Now, when digitizing a new point and choosing a number (Tall), the corresponding letters (bokstav) and the "description" (beskrivelse) will change accordingly. (E.g. If 3 then a and b are available letters in the "bokstav" drop-down list, if 6 then a, b, c, d.)
The first time a choose a number and a letter, the "Description" (beskrivelse) stays "empty". I have to click the drop dowm list and choose the one available (and correct) descripiton.
If I then change the letter, the "description" changes and is displayed automatically.
Q1: Is it possible to
a) make the description-text visible from the very beginning (the first time a number (Tall) and letter (bokstav) is chosen?
b) avoid this last drop-down list? I just need the user to choose a number (tall) and letter (bokstav).
Q2: Why is f and g coming before a, b, c, d even though Order by values is checked?
Or does ordering only apply to numbers?
