On the picture below there are white polygons which represents buildings. Inside white polygons are blue shields which represents frames for building (house) numbers. Is there a way to make sides of those blue squares (shields, frames for building numbers) PARALLEL with the sides of white polygons(look at blue frame with number inside)? Software I am using is TielMill. Also, those blue frames doesn' t need to be shields, but anything else that can make me to accomplish wanted effect. Thanks for all suggestions.
