I am trying to create a model and run the buffer tool in the model. When I try to set open "buffer" in the model to set parameters I get this:
I am running Windows 7 on a Lenovo W541, ARCMap 10.3.0.4322.I have already tried 38099 and 33792 and have turned down my IE security to Medium. I also tried just running the buffer tool from the geoprocessing tab and it no longer works either.
