Continuous liaison with the customers in order to develop a strong business relationship.
Implement sales and distribution plans to meet customer requirements.
Analyze and monitor the current markets to identify and develop new sales opportunities for the supply of Packaging materials that MPI manufactures.
Develop and drive sales activity by considering the sales offer and evaluating potential in the market.
Technical communication with customer for the specifications of their products or any issues faced by them
Communication from marketing end with the production dept. regarding anything related to production or orders.
Preparation of Production advice as per customer requirement and issuance of same to planning manager for execution of the order.
Updating the planning manager/production manager/Quality control manager / Store Manager about the latest communication with customer in case of any changes in the quantities or delivery schedules.
Issuance of delivery plan at least one day in advance to Store supervisor after getting information about completion of Production receipt note and receiving of material in store.
Forwarding the customer complaints to Quality control for analysis, taking their feedback and assuring the customer that the same shall not be repeated in future.
Updating the customers regarding the completion status of their orders.
Raising Sample development requests for new product development for potential customers and dispatch of these samples to customer.
Ensuring continuous follow up on the new sample requests issued to Quality control department and updating the customers about the completion status/delivery of the samples that they have requested.
Develop strong relationships within transporter/shipping lines.
Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations
Arranging the deliveries of material to the customers by getting the trucks/containers booked in timely manners
Performing any other task assigned by manager.
