To preface, I have stations on lines, which the stations have a 3 mile circular buffer. I am trying to isolate the lines that those stations reside on from the lines that do not have stations (i.e. laterals ,etc.). What would be the best method to achieve this via ArcGIS, Model Builder or Arcpy?
