Magus Consulting provides specialist advice and assistance on setting up businesses in the UAE and the organisation of the prerequisites for this. We also assist with license and registration amendments. We would like to welcome a new member to our team to help us grow!
The main responsibilities that the candidate will be assigned, following a reasonable training period will be:
-*Experience in UAE company set-up procedures
- Familiarity with registration amendment processes, with particular emphasis on license amendments, share transfers, appointment of officeholders, company deregistration etc.
- Drafting replies to incoming client enquiries regarding license amendments, renewals and miscellaneous support services (inclusive of any background research required in drafting such replies)
- Drafting of documents required for the above procedures and completing any background research required for drafting these documents
- Organisation of the requirements of health * safety inspections (as per checklist)
- Organisation of quotations for various services required for clients such as license-related insurances, trainings etc.
- Following up on pending applications with the Free Zone Authority and staying on top of outstanding requirements
- Attendance at U.A.E based Governmental Authorities (on an adhoc basis)
- Keeping track of expiry dates of licenses and sending out reminders to clients ahead of time to start the renewal processes for them
