Evolvence Knowledge Investments is a provider of Premium British nursery and school education in the GCC across our Repton, Foremarke and Dovecote brands. We're in the process of realigning our commercial department to address the challenges we face in an increasingly crowded education sector, and therefore we are seeking a Registrar for our flagship school, Repton Dubai.

The Registrar is a key commercial position with overall accountability for delivery of admissions and secondary revenue targets through programs designed to attract and retain pupils to our schools and to take up value added services such as school catering and bus transportation. We don't hide from the fact that this is a sales leadership role, and the requirements are BIG!
The role requires a highly proactive individual with creativity and commercial flair, who is able to lead a diverse team in the delivery of:
Generating annual new admissions in excess of 20,000,000(aed) per year
Renewal revenue of in excess of 100,000,000(aed) per year
Raising the profile of our exceptional boarding offering internationally
The key activities of the Registrar's team are:
To showcase the school to prospective parents, converting school tours to paid applications
To provide customer service to existing parents, and analyse trends of customer behaviour to boost retention
To meet regulatory requirements in the admissions process.
The above is achieved in collaboration with the senior academic leadership team of the school, group marketing, parent ambassador groups and other stakeholders to devise and execute an attraction strategy for new parents, whilst identifying withdrawal trends of existing pupils and providing interventions to ensure the highest retention rates. We work in an extremely competitive marketplace, but provide the best education within the private sector in UAE, with the accolade of being rated outstanding by KHDA, delivering the best academic results in the country, and having a spectacular campus with outstanding sporting facilities.

The Registrar has line management responsibility for Admissions Officers, Receptionists and coordinates the work of Parent Ambassadors and ancillary support. Whilst this is a managerial level role, applicants must expect to get stuck in managing new and existing parent relationships, and be very hands-on in the admissions process.
