I created a tile server with mapnik 2.2 and mod_tile latest version from github,it worked fine.
I tried to do the same with mapnik 3 (from github) and i failed from various reasons,There are some discussions on this issues in gitub but they are from 2014 and no final answer was given.
Is it compatible?
I also saw benchmarks between mapnik2.2/mod_tile to geoserver that claims the preformance of mapnik combination is better,is it still true?
I wonder which one is prefrable to my requirements:
