I am trying to convert some raster files to KML in QGIS for overlay in Google Earth. They are really huge Tiff files as I processed them from 3 meter DEM datasets. I have been searching the web and found that there are ways to do this using gdal2tiles. I have tried using this and it seems to be taking a very long time and I have to do this for many datasets. If anyone knows a way to do this in a timely fashion that would be great. I am not great at programming so any programming answer please lay it out in detail.
