We are currently*looking for a*technically competent Quality Analyst to*work closely with the Operations Team within Al-Futtaim Logistics in Dubai.* The Quality Analyst will be assisting the General Manager of Business Excellence in defining, implementing and updating the Integrated Management System.* You will be heavily involved in facilitating organisational change on* technology process alignment allocated projects which will encorporate developing process training material and providing role based training for both new joinees and existing employees.
You will be responsible for generating and analysing the KPIs and Metrics report from the system whilst conducting periodic internal audits and assisting the operations team on the closure of any findings.
In order to support continual improvement and corporate governance you will assist in conducting research and analysing benchmark data to assist in the development and implementation of Operational Excellence Models.
About You
You will hold either a BE, MBA or Bachelors/Masters Degree in Quality Management*whilst having certification experience in ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001 or*EFQM will be advantagous.* Having 3-4 years*previous work experience in defining and implementing processes, you will be competent in*identifying and leading Kaizen / Lean / Six Sigma based Process Improvement Projects to closure.
You will also be*knowledgeable in defining training*material and*will be*proficient in providing process training to employees*of differing experience.***
