If I create a 100mx100m square it is deformed when I rotate it. I can understand why this would happen with a huge shape, but surely something only 100m in size should rotate without significant distortion.
I'm trying to add the rectangle onto a new layer which will be exported as a .kml. The base map is OpenStreetMap in case this is has any impact on the problem.
