qgis plugin - No module named qgsmaplayercombobox. Works on linux but not windows

I normally use Ubuntu Linux, and I've created a simple plugin that generates extents using features from multiple layers. The layers are selected from a qgis combobox. The plugin works just fine in linux.

I've recently copied it over to windows but I'm getting the following error when attempting to add the plugin from the "manage and install plugins"

This plugin is brokenNo module named qgsmaplayercomboboxThe plugin was created by the Plugin Builder plugin originally then I added my code.

How can I fix this?
