We installed Portal for ArcGIS in a DMZ server. The server is not in any work group. Our Network Administrator created RODC for LDAP connection. We have installed SSL certificate and created the DNS alias. The portal is working with built in users.
While adding the identity store from portaladmin we are receiving error:500 - Failed to connect the user store.in portal logs we see the warning:Unable to connect to the identity store using SSL. ArcGIS Server will revert to using a non-SSL connection to the identity store and credentials will be sent in clear text. In order to use SSL, verify that your identity store has SSL enabled.
