Polygon volume_unexpected error

I have a DEM and want to calculate the volume of a reservoir.I am doing this after this Method to calculate the volume of a reservoirHowever, I followed all steps, it also worked out fine for the first reservoir, but now the tool 'polygon volume' is experiencing "unexpected error". The coordinate system I am using is a projected coordinate system, could there be a source of error? Although it worked before.I am using Arc GIS 10.3.Does someone know what sort of error tipically leads to this error message?I have done everything exactly like before which is really strange that it is now suddenly not working anymore.
