Pixelation of results following Extract by Mask or Clip tools. Can this be avoided? I

I need to clip my IDW results to the boundaries of my survey areas. However, whenever I use the Clip or Extract by Mask tools, my results become pixelated and lose accuracy. Is there some way that I can avoid this?
