i am using osmconvert to convert .osm to .pbf and conversly.
in the same folder where there osmconvert executable, i placed city.osmand in the command line i typed the following:
osmconvert hamburg.osm > hamburg.pbfbut i get: Error:could not open file hamburg.osm
i tried different formats anf files but i always receive the same error
please tell me how to solve it
