So I'm following this tutorial.
At the end, the color ramp is strange. See 7:48 for the content table, and it seems the ramp resets every ten numbers. I'm wondering if I should be re-applying the color ramp so that it goes from 0 to 100, light to dark, or if this would make my information display incorrectly? Should I leave it the way the Raster to Polygon conversion causes it to appear by default, with this resetting ramp?
I had the same issue converting Land Surface Temperature (LST) to a polygon using Create Filled Countours tool.
I made sure my values (degrees celsius) were in order from 7 to 39, and ramped the colors accordingly. My polygon looks just like my raster as a result, so correcting the color ramp issue seems to have been a good idea in this case.
