His main research expertise is in the application of satellite remote sensing for air quality monitoring and assessment around the world. He is also interested in research on air quality in growing mega cities, spatial and temporal trends in aerosols over urban regions, radiative effects of aerosols, development of statistical models to estimate surface level particulate matter air quality, aerosols and clouds data validation and retrieval of cloud products from satellite measurements. Dr. Gupta currently works with OMI and MODIS science team on development and validation of surface and aerosols products for air quality and climate applications. Reserve your webinar spot
