Model Builder - Delete records of a table before it is filled

I have two problems, which are shown in the following images.

Is it possible to empty the rows of the two tables? I know the function "Delete Rows". This works well but I do not know how I can integrate the function into the workflow. After "Delete Rows" the table must be filled (On the left: Merge, on the right: Append) with the new data.
