• In charge of all commercial, operational, invoicing * admin matters between vessel supplier and end client
• Drafting the commercial contracts
• Serves as vessel’s point of contact for all related crewing movement and communication problems
• Coordinate in the planning, organizing and scheduling movement of Vessel Crews
• Arrange transportation for moving containers / cargo from different ports to islands/oilfields/warehouses
• Execute Documents such as CPA and Fixture Note under BIMCO terms and conditions
• Register/monitor all supplier invoices, dispute, requests for credit notes, revisions etc.
• Monitor client payment collection
• In-charge of all “Control” Billing System for all cost/sell booking * confirmation
• Place truck request in Micro-Transport (MT) and follow-up with Operations Control Center (OCC) Team for the delivery of truck and point of contact (POC) to the client’s premises
• In-charge of all supplier registration and pre-qualification process
• Maintain confidential company records and vital information
liaising with Port Team for Transport operations, weather forecast, demurrage
• Coordinate with Abu Dhabi Ports Authority for arranging the cross-stuffing and stuffing
• Coordinating with the vessel’s Administrator in maintaining all related vessel and crew documentations/certificates
• Attend Weekly / Monthly meetings with EPC Contractors and logistics/marine contractors on technical * safety issues.
• Support Logistics / Marine planning activities in consultation with the Logistics / Marine Coordinator in Abu Dhabi * Offshore/Onshore/Operations teams
• Liaise with Contractor, to ensure that the contractor logistics / marine operations conform with the project directives
• Actively foster a working team approach within the Project team
• Possess a strong understanding of Company management systems so as to propose / establish logistics and marine procedures and work instructions when and as required
• Monitor the progress of corrective action plans issued by Contractors and Company
• Schedule, plan, prepare, manage and supervise various onshore / offshore logistics / marine operations, and provide Company representation for specialist vessel / logistics operations, liaising with management and client departments as appropriate
• Provide monthly/weekly invoicing / operation status report
