I am looking for an out-of-the-box mobile application that allows the user to provide the underlying data for its notification system (ideally through a browser-based interface).
I have a geocodable table of publicly-accessible FDIC data (there exists a corresponding .shp file as well). This table identifies bank industry information at the branch level. It would be ideal to have an app that could provide notifications every time I'm near a given branch, listing the pertaining branch's details. Is anyone aware if this kind of configurable app exists?
