Logistics Operation Coordinator (Reporting to Deputy General Manager)
A Logistics Operation Coordinator is mainly responsible for all project logistics operation based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project logistics operation (Heavy Transport/Heavy Lift and General logistics etc)
- Communicate with Korea H.Q
- Conduct logistics operation on daily basis (Air/Ocean/Inland, Heavy Transport/Lift)
- All relevant document preparation for Import, Export operation (including custom clearance)
- Customer Service - Communication with client for smooth operation
- Quotation Management - Account Payable, Account Receivable
- Collect & analyze market intelligences in accordance with the company anti-trust policy and guidelines
- Assist project logistics operation at project site if required
