The Logistics Officer assists the General Services Manager in the day-to-day general services operations management of the Abu Dhabi Government in order to achieve an impeccable quality of service, meet established targets and employee engagement in a motivated work environment. Duties and responsibilities:  Contributes to the management for the department of general services for all the logistics tasks and activities  Works on setting goals and objectives with his peers for the accurate administration of the general services  Reviews project proposals or plans to determine time requirements, logistics and funding limitations within the Administration of Technical, Building and Facility Management Department;  Establishes logistical plans which project funding, feasibility, staffing, and time constraints of the department ensuring the availability of required resources to carry out all the tasks related to the IT Section (in coordination with HR Department);  Contributes to the satisfactory operations of administrative services (reprography, post, messenger, archives, furniture, store), moving & handling services, reception and cleaning;  Executes the implementation of department policies, procedures, controls covering all areas of general services;  Assists in operational management and scheduling of staff and contractors;  Contributes to improving quality performance indicators;
