• Ensue proper on time dispatches based on payment clause & norms of each distributor.
• Responsible for SAP entries & up dation is required in every transaction & process as defined by SOP.
• Ensure stock availability against confirmed sales Order/Minimize discrepancies on dispatches against order.
• To ensure proper service & feedback to customer in case of any query.
• Resolving systems and procedures related issues such as Discrepancies in invoices etc. while dealing with Customers Problems of entering of stock into SAP system.
• Responsible for Ensure stock availability against forecast
• Responsible for Reduce loss due to mismatch to minimal level possible.
• Ensuring MRP run in SAP on month on month basis for purchase requirement.
