Manages all movements of materials, vehicular and foot traffic to and within the site throughout the duration of the project.

Responsibilities :*
- Prepares a logistics plan defining the logistics objectives for the project and setting forth the methodology for maintaining efficient and safe logistical operations at all stages of the works.
-* Coordinates the logistics of all contractors and suppliers to ensure safe and efficient movement and storage.
-* Monitors the logistics operations on a daily basis, and intervene when required to prevent delay or disruption as a result of unplanned or unexpected events.
- Ensures the contractors, consultants, suppliers are adhering to the Logistic Plan rules.
- Studies and advises the planning team and construction managers the master schedule of the project and participate in updating the same considering the logistic concerns.*
