• Coordinate with warehouse to ensure on time customer ordered delivery
• Provide warehouse daily performance achievement and next day target
• Ensure branches close open transaction on time
• Share daily warehouse utilization report to all concerned departments
• Assist warehouse in solving IT related issues
• Assist WH team to solve HR related issues
• Communicate all warehouse team on the new/ change in the policy & procedure
• Follow-up with third party supplier to ensure delivery on time
• Provide data & assist in analyzing operational discrepancy to solve the issue
• Analyze and propose re-slotting of items based on the item movement
• Coordinate with sales team for customer related delivery issue to take necessary action
• Send daily / monthly operation report to management.
• Other assignments as requested by management.
