Planning and managing imports/export of general cargoes and (HAZ and NON-HAZ) waste cargoes, based on ADR/IMDG
• Codes and requirements as per Basel Convention and EU Regulation 1013/2006
• Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle till delivery of cargo to Consignee
• Liaising and negotiating with partners and subcontractors for successful and low cost effective transportation, with excellent operational performance
• Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs
• Select carriers and monitor service against performance criteria
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports issues
• Review impact of logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or carriers and report results to others
• Negotiate rates and contracts with transportation and logistics providers
• Keep track of all shipment's details and records till final stage of cargoes
• Analyze and review data. Provide meaningful logistics data to others in the organization to aid service and cost improvements
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with all connected with the logistics process
• Ensure all completed orders are dispatched on time and collect appropriate certificates
• Ensure cargoes are shipped appropriately to ensure quality of goods during transportation
Graduate or Diploma holder 5 - 8 years of experience .
