FUNCTIONS1. Transport:The Logistic assistant is in charge of transport, assets, communication and stock follow up for ACTED in each base, and his key responsibilities listed but not limited as below:- To follow the car management of ACTED relevant*base with support of Logistic Officer in area offices; - Follow up with car suppliers for repair, oil changes of cars on regular basis;- To follow the cars fuel consumption, fuel distribution and cars log book on regular basis;- To ensure the cars log book filled in properly by car users and drivers;- Collect the car log book on monthly basis by (1st of each month for previous month);- To follow and ensure drivers are well aware of their responsibilities, the cars are clean and well arranged;- To ensure all rental cars are equipped with seat belts, first aid kits, fire extinguisher and Emergency contact list;- To ensure the cars are parked in front of ACTED offices in Amman and area offices and the keys are placed in key boxes under supervision of one supervisors;

Assets/Communication Follow up- To ensure all assets are registered and numbered and stored in proper places in storage;- To ensure that assets distributed to users based on proper “asset reception form” - Follow up of ACTED communication tools/assets and communication cost follow up;- Ensure that ACTED assets used properly by users;- Conduct on monthly basis the Office/GH inventory and update the inventory table with update information3. Monthly Reporting- To provide monthly Logistic report (Asset follow up reports, Fuel consumption report, Communication report and Stock Situation report) to*Country Logistics Manager*on 5th of each months;- Ensure to cross check monthly report with Finance prior to share with CLM or Coordination for review;4. Filing4.1. Logistic Folders:- To create and update Logistic documents and file them regularly for FLAT compliance; (separate folder for each car, Assets follow up, communication follow up, stock follow up)- Ensure to documents each car information (log book, fuel follow ups etc.) within each car folders
