As part of our*Public Relations Department, you will be responsible in performing administrative functions which includes, monitoring of registration cards, uploading it into the system in order to give access to all staff, update the Car pro system reflecting the renewed registration dates and completing documents for sold units as per plates received from the Sales team.

You will be part of our Hertz operations based in Dubai. You will be responsible also in sending emails to internal customers on behalf of the PRO Team. You will ensure also that insurance should be monitored especially those subject for renewal.
About You
You should have at least*2 years' experience in customer service and related experience in an Automotive industry specifically in terms of vehicle registration. Candidate must be able to speak in Hindi, Urdu and basic Arabic language. You should also proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel, Word and Outlook

You should have good planning and organizing skills as well as problem solving and decision making ability. You should have excellent communication skills and able to practice diplomacy when*faced on tough situations. Possesses the ability to adapt to cultural conceptions and has strong leadership skills
