If there are multiple routes going through and area, say railroads lines, and there are multiple points scattered all around the lines (facilities relating to specific Lines) with an ID associating the point to one of the railroad lines. The calibrate route tool has the capability of matching up ID's, but its frustrating me that the "Locate along route" is not able to discriminate between points but grabs anything within the set tolerance. Surely there's a way of doing this without setting up queries and running 90+ lines separate. Would be a good solution for many applications.
